Revelations Featurettes

So many ideas, so little time!

Featuring Agents Cross and Coulter right after the battle at NeoGen Labs in Soriel, Deception will provide a glimpse of what is to come in the Starfire Angels: Revelations series. Because of its novelette length (around 14,000 words), it will only be available as an ebook and for the low price of only $0.99. Available now at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Kobo. Coulter is supposed to be an agent working with Anita Cross to observe the Inari on Earth, but he reveals a different side following the battle at NeoGen Labs. When he takes her prisoner with the Shirukan escaping to the stars, she realizes that the alien in their agency might have been deceiving them all along, waiting for the opportune time to return to his former loyalties. One wrong move could mean the downfall of Earth, but Anita will do all she can to protect her world and learn the truth behind Coulter's deception.

I mentioned it as a secret project a few times on Facebook, but was waiting for the right time to reveal it here for when I had something substantial. All I can say is that this will be a novella taking place between parts 1 and 2 of Phantoms this fall.

Because of its short length, Shards will only be available as an ebook, but you don’t want to miss it! Trust me on this. Fans have been asking for more about this character and I’m giving it plus MUCH more! Forbidden love and a twist you won’t see coming will be told from this beloved character’s point of view. Yes, it will be first person narrative.

I had to write this one before finishing Phantoms and it’s perfect that it will fall between the releases of both parts of that, since that’s when it takes place while also setting up what I have in mind for Revelations book 3 to come. Because of that, I am numbering it as 2.1 for readers to figure out where in the order of books it belongs. I’m still writing it, so I don’t have a summary yet, but I will post it as soon as I do.

Starfire Angels: Revelations Book 2 News

The next Starfire Angels book has a cover! I've already started writing and have posted some updates on the Facebook page. However, I don't yet have a summary, since I am still writing this one. All I can say on a release date is by the end of 2013, but hopefully in September. I'll be working hard to pull that off!

This one took me by surprise, but an idea sparked from Deception that ignited my creativity, which is partly why the cover shares the same angel image as Deception. The other reason is because for the paperback only, I will be including Deception with Phantoms as an introduction. The Deception ebook will be released in May, so ebook readers will have it months before paperback readers.

Phantoms will be partly available sooner. The first part will be available in August 2013 with the second in November, along with the full ebook and paperback at that time. Because of the nature of the story, it will easily split into two distinct parts. Stay tuned for updates!

Legend of the White Dragon Re-imagined

The individual ebooks of the Legend of the White Dragon epic fantasy series are getting makeovers. The omnibus edition of Legends, Legacies, and Destiny in one volume had only a slight change, along with Fireblood.

However, the covers of the individual ebooks of this series are being remade by artist Paul Davies. The first and second are done and uploaded. You can see the new cover of the second book on the left.

Watch for the Destiny cover yet to come later this spring! On all of them my name is also being changed to M. A. Nilles.
